Data Deletion Instructions

To request deletion of your personal data, email privacy@biznexus.ca with the subject “Data Deletion Request” from the email/phone associated with your account. We will verify your identity and delete or anonymize your data unless we must retain it to:
complete an ongoing transaction,
meet legal/regulatory (KYC/AML, tax) obligations, or
resolve disputes and prevent fraud.
We’ll confirm completion by email/WhatsApp.
